I spent 28 years in corporate — leading teams, navigating change, and figuring out what actually makes people do their best work. Spoiler: it's not the strategy deck.
These days, I coach leaders across Asia who want to build teams people actually want to be part of. Teams where trust is real, ideas flow freely, and results follow.
I've held senior roles at HSBC, Standard Chartered, UOB, and M1. I'm an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), an Adjunct Lecturer at the Singapore University of Social Sciences, and the author of Reinvent 4.0 — a book about leading with purpose in a world that won't sit still.
I'm also the founder of Soar Collective Asia, where I partner with organisations on team coaching, corporate programmes, and leadership development. I speak at conferences and run leadership workshops on psychological safety, trust, and leading through AI-driven change.
