# Adeline Tiah

> Adeline Tiah is a leadership and team coach based in Singapore, an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), LinkedIn Top Voice on the future of work, and author of Reinvent 4.0. She helps CEOs and senior leadership teams across Asia build high-trust, psychologically safe, high-performing teams, especially as AI reshapes how work gets done. She spent more than 28 years in senior leadership roles across banking and telecommunications before founding Soar Collective Asia.

Adeline works with leadership teams, not just individual leaders. Her coaching focuses on trust as the operating system of a team: how teams make decisions, handle conflict, own outcomes, and speak up when something is wrong. She also speaks at conferences and runs leadership workshops.
